Feeding during flowering stage

I have buds on many of my plants and only one flower so far. I was wondering if I should feed the plants during this stage of growth. The fert I'm using is a 3 parts grow 1 part bloom formula, and it only have 3% total N, which is good for flowering, because more N can cause flower drop. I esp wanted to feed them because most of them just got transplanted. Thanks in advance

Chiles will grow, flower, and set pods all at the same time. Indoors I prefer using an all purpose fertilizer throughout the life of the plant

When I transplant, I usually water them in
with some Lilly Miller B-1, or some other
'transplanter', and then wait a couple of
weeks before fertilizing. But otherwise,
what everyone said is cool, I think.

I utilize a bloom booster in my nutrient program, but I use the one basic fertilizer all the way through.
