Pepper plants tend to like the same ferts as tomatoes.
So I personally use Miracle-Gro Tomato food which is 18-18-21 with micro nutes.
I know alot on this forum probably don't like MG because its non organic, which personally I'll use either.
They also like alot of calcium so some type of bone meal is a good idea.
 
I generally use manure, compost and/or worm castings, but I also like to use a well balanced water soluble fertililer like 20-20-20(with micronutrients) Peppers also use a lot of magnesium so you'll probably want to do the epsom salts thing too
