fertilizing overintered plants?

Any thoughts on fertilizing overwintered plants? I was about to bring one out of it's slumber for the spring.

I'd take it slow and let it "Wake up first" then see what it wants. It all depends on the conditions you plan on giving it.

Nitrogen is very important for new vegetative growth but dont overdo.
I will use worm castings for my survivors, i find it right balanced.

Worm castings don't have very much NPK for the most part. It would depend a little on what they were fed I suppose. Most commercial worm castings are in the 0.1-0-0 range for NPK.

I know, mine is in the 1-0-0 range. I find it right enough to feed the soil activity and add a little nitrogen.
