Finishing pods inside?

I've got 2 Carolina Reapers that are finally putting on flowers. I'm quite sure I don't have time for the pods to develop and ripen, before we have a frost. My question is, how can I finish them inside? Could I finish them under lights?
 
Indeed you can. Let them set outside first unless you have a good lighting setup. Let the flowers set into pods then keep the plant in a south window to keep it super simple. Use a qtip or paintbrush now on the flowers to aid them in setting.
