Woody has just produced a new sauce using fresh naga pods.
Firecracker is not an aggressive taste as with most naga sauces
but a pleasant tasting fruity one.
You can taste the fruitiness of the naga pods and it gives a warm glow in the mouth.
Consistancy is that of a nice pouring table sauce. One that could be poured on everything.
If your looking for a nice alround sauces this is the one for you.
Will update this when I've had another go at it.
