Well it was 35c in the shade for a couple days (20c right now). Yesterday was perfect in that some nice cool breeze was available.

Onions, Cod, Potatoes and Bananas, coated in corn flour (tortilla) and spices. Perfect for the bananas so they dont dissolve.

Habanero/Cranberry/Pineapple hot sauce.
