I'm not sure if I'll be able to dry any of these despite the amount of pods on the three cayenne plants I have. We use a lot of cayenne's in the Indian dishes we cook. Either way, I'm pretty excited to try this with me own home grown peppers! It was a long wait, but this should be extra tasty because of it!
