Officially made my first pepper powder. Red Savina Habanero with a couple pods of Dorset Naga for a little kick. Smokin hot. I was suprised. I expected the dehydrating process to take some heat away. Appears to not have been the case lol. Everywhere my test powder touches cooks like the sun is on it. First try was a success. Now to find something for dinner to use it in.. poor wife and kids!!
