First-time grower seeing curled leaves, yellow, and some leaf loss

I'm starting to grow indoors for the first time, and it looks as though my plants aren't as happy as they could be.

I wonder if there are any experienced folks who could take a look at my Glog here and let me know what I might be doing wrong?
