soil-media First Time Mixing My Own Soil

First year mixing my own stuff, and Millworkman has helped me out a lot. I love that it is very basic. Here is what I'm going to be using:

2 bags x Thermorock Perlite 2 cu. ft. (use about 1 3/4 of a bag)
5 bags x Chicken Manure 1 cu. ft.
9 bags x Steer Manure 1 cu. ft.
5 bales/bags x Fafard Peat Moss 3 cu. ft.

I'm estimating this to be the following ratios...

5 Parts Old Miracle Grow MG Soil
3 Parts Peat Moss
.7 Parts Perlite
1.5 Parts Steer Manure
1 Parts Chicken Manure

This should make, approximately 275 gallons, and I will mix this with about 145 gallons of 2 year old Miracle Grow Moisture Control. I'm pretty excited to see how my plants do with this compared to the MG.

I'm posting this to make sure I have my ratios correct, and to see what your opinions on this were. I'd like to not add anything else, but if needed I will adjust my ratios.

Thanks!

You might want something to help drainage with all that manure, peat, and old potting soil.
Bark chips, lava rocks, something like that to separate out all the fine particles.
