food Fish Mushroom Soup

Cold and rainy day so made soup.
 
2x 4" potatoes previously cooked diced.
2x fish fillets (haddock)
2tbs each dried/crushed mushrooms Shiitake, Brown and Portobelo ( I put the water on warm so the mushrooms would soak up first 30 min with the herbs)
2 small fresh bay leaves
Rosemary to taste
1 tbs Smoked Paprika ( love the smoked flavor)
1 red habanero
1tbsl seasoning mix. Would have used vegetable stock but had non.
1L water
Salt to taste
 
Leave out fish and cook/simmer the rest for 45min.
and break down the potatoes a bit if needed. I squished half of them to make it thicker.
last 5 min add fish and some cream.
 
Was going to put a fresh twig of Thyme in but forgot.

Thanks! does not look impressive, sorry I didnt take pictures of the ingredients before adding them, would have been wiser, all the good stuff dropped to the bottom lol
