Costco had whole headless wild caught sockeye for about $6/lb the other day. Fillets for about $8 or 9/lb....Im craving some whole fish cut into steaks and deep fried. Just like grandma used to do wiff catfish. Steak out the rib area and leave the tail section in one piece. Fight over who gets to eat the tail. :D
 
I love that you are not afraid to use cheese with fish. Yum!

FISHY is not an appealing food term lol.

I propose changing it to FISH.
