Five pepper mango sauce

So I recently got a bunch of peppers from a friend and decided to make a mango sauce. Everyone seems to like the mango.

Third of a cup + 1 Tbsp Habanero mash (orange habs, vidalia onion, carrots, garlic mash)
Third of a cup + 1 Tbsp Jalapeno mash (jalapenos, vidalia onion, carrots, garlic mash)
1 red Habanero
1 unknown pepper (really hot though) one of these

Eight smallish sweet peppers red yellow and orange
Half of a vidalia onion.
1 Tbsp garlic
Generous pinch of cilantro
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of local orange blossom honey
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Juice of one lime, flesh of half
1 can of mangos 15 oz. Drained

I sweated the onions and garlic then added the fresh peppers. Next I put in the mash and let that all cook about five minutes on med heat. Then I transferres\d to the blender and added the cilantro, brown sugar, honey and vinegar and mangos. Blended until smooth. Then I boiled it and blended it again. I boiled for fifteen minutes and then bottled.

Starts out really sweet and then the heat kicks in. Doesn't light you up but might be too much for some people. I love it!!!

Thanks for looking!

@kent duh yes I did forget the mango. Edited it for clarity. Thank you.

@hotstepper once more I forgot something. Out and about on mobile right now. Will add pic of sauce later. Thanks!
