indoor-growing Fixing to order new lighting

Ive got my mind set on this set up.

My question for the experts is how to configure the bulbs? Im thinking the mixed 6400 and 3000, but in what order? 6400 in the middle and 3000 on the outside, vise versa, or staggered? All input is greatly appreciated.

I'm no expert but my lights are XYYX in 6400 and 2700. I don't think it really matters though.

I am only using the 6400 K, since the light spectrum 2700K serves for the flowering and not for the vegetative reproduction. I cultivated indoor until may and then the plants i put in the land.
