food "Flipper's" Habanero Apple Jelly

A friend of mine sent me a great recipe for Habanero Jelly.
Here's a General recipe, which will yield about 2 quarts. Enjoy.
- 10 or eleven apples, cored and quartered, ground up in processor
- 18 - 20 fresh habaneros (or to your liking), halved, de-seeded and minced fine in a processor. (I used a mix of orange habs and carribean red).
- About 2 Oz Maple Syrup
- About 16 oz. clover honey

Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 80% power for 20 minutes, then 100% power for 15 minutes more, or until mixture is cooked down and combined.
Let cool at room temp. then refrigerate.
AWESOME
