Flowering Question

I just wanted to know if buds can produce pods without flowering? Thanks

I know that, but I was just wondering if it was possible. Mainly cuz I saw a pic of a plant that had no flowers and a pod growing, also I have had buds growing on some plants for awhile but no flowers

Not possible.

The picture you saw likely had a flower, but by the time the picture was taken had wilted and fallen off. People who are trying to grow particularly large fruit/veggies, tend to keep all the flowers trimmed off except for one or two. This may have been the reason.
