Fogger instead of air pump in hydro?

Did someone try this combination, seems to be pretty quiet hydro with a device like in the link below...
Question is, is it useful?

Foggers work all right but the ultrasonic ones pictured require frequent maintenance and replacement.

They fog the water and leave the nutrients.

They are not quiet.

I think you meant water pump and not air pump because foggers do not aerate nutrient solutions. I think you want to use a fogger to deliver nutrients to plant roots?
