There's a TV show here in Oz called Food Safari which features a different cuisine every episode. The host(or hostess for the non PC), Maeve O'Maera, visits Australian families or individuals with different ethnicities and backgrounds and has them cook their national or regional dishes. She doesn't do any cooking herself, but shows real people cooking authentic meals from Mexican to Indonesian, from Italian to Indian, and anything in between. I enjoy watching this because you are watchng ordinary people making great food the way it should be done, not how some pompous celebrity chef tells you.
