fertilizer-nutrients FoxFarms Trio question

Hello
I have several chili plants, Jalapenos, habaneros, thai, and reapers, and there are rather small. They are starting to flower and produce but the fruit is very small. I have FF trio and was wondering if it would be OK to start using the Big Bloom even though there are fruiting and flowering already?

From my understanding you would use all three at the same time. They have the proper measurements on their website.
