chinense Frank v Indian Carbon Bhut

So I just had the pleasure of chomping on an Indian Carbon Bhut. Seemed a bit hotter than the Red Bhut and maybe a bit less than a Chocolate Bhut, but I am splitting hairs. it is a very hot pepper, but the heat also subsided fairly quickly.

I may have some new super hots to try next week so I am excited. Also have a bottle of Infinity Chili sauce that I want to try.

I like this one better than the normal red too.

Haven`t and probably won`t work my way to whole peppers for awhile
