that al looks great!
i make what i call ghetto spciy chocolate. just melt down 2 16OZ bags dark chocolate chips, 2 100% cocoa baking bars and i add 1/4tsp of my own powder mix and stir for a few minutes, you can also add a little butter to make it more rich.

Awesome present!        That ghost pepper peanut butter chocolate is some good stuff. They did a competition on facebook recently with some of that as a prize and my wife was one of the winners. Delicious!

I love all this talk about chocolate with heat. I've heard that is good, but have never had heat with chocolate. Gonna try that real soon.
