Just received my bottle today. VERY unique flavor, sweet and tangy. The only remotely negative aspect of the sauce is that it was pretty separated when it arrived but was easily fixed . I would imagine this would taste very good on wild game, so I'm going to try it on some venison tenderloin I have in the freezer. The next time I get a Lion or water buffalo, you can bet that I'll be calling for another bottle! GOOD STUFF and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
