I was hoping someone has fresh Chocolate Habaneros and/or Jamaican Hot Chocolates.
Last summer my uncle gave me both from his garden but within days of starting fermention my dad dumped them in the trash assuming they were bad. I haven't tried either before and have some dark fruit fermented and ready for using in a sauce which should compliment them. Please respond if you have any getting close to harvest, especially if you have both. I'm thinking a lb of each or 2 lb if only one variety? Guesstimate as to what fits in a 1 liter Mason jar.
