pest-i.d. Friend or Foe?

I was trying to play my nightly squash the aphids game, when I came across this worm/ caterpillar thing having aphid dinner. When I realized it was munching on a aphid my frown turned upside down instantly (sorry, tough to get a good photo its so small). I'm not sure what it is or if it is good or bad. So far I don't think its hurting lol, at least not my plants. Should I let it stay or remove it immediately. Thanks

The last pic reminds me of an inchworm, kinda, but inchworms don't eat aphids. They will chew on your plants though.
