That looks like a cool food truck event and I would love to go to something like that. We don't have any food trucks in our area. When we go down the valley to neighboring towns, we look forward to the taco-wagon foods. Not Mc-Pukes, there is no BurgerQueen or KFC. Our "fast food" is the seasonal taco wagons. I'm so jonesing for one right now......
