Sir, I've already gotten in touch with Neil and like I have mentioned in my previous post I'm worried that the seeds that I purchased overseas might not reach my shores. I'll start getting seeds from Neil IF the seeds I bought from ebay actually arrive.
I was hoping to find a more local source. growers that are based in the Philippines. I would prefer a local source since I wouldn't have to worry about having my seeds get confiscated or stolen or even lost while in transit. I have already exhausted all other avenues and now I am appealing to Chili fans out there that are also growing or have spare seeds to share or sell to me.

I've actually previously found a local grower who lives in Cebu but that deal came to a bust since communications have ceased from her side.
The orders i've made from ebay have been stuck in transit for the past 2.5 weeks. I hope if i do take the risk of buying from neil without waiting for the ones i've previously purchased from ebay will not be in vain. I'll probably wait another week before seriously buying from him before my other seeds arrive.
The ones i bought were from super sellers with 98+ % ratings. One was based in thailand, problems with that seller was the fact that he had a poor grasp of the english language. The other two purchases were from the east coast and the west coast of the united states. If one of the three arrive then i'll surely buy a ton of seeds from neil. And probably from pepper joe's too.
A bit off topic here, how are the quality of seeds of pepper joe's?

Looks like i have some good news. Philliperv has just replied to my private message and has just told me that he is currently in india collecting seeds! Awesome! He said that he is willing to share some with me. I told him that if and when the seeds i purchased from ebay has arrived i will share some with him when he gets back.
My package from Thailand of Long Red Savina Habaneros and Naga Jolokias just came in. I had to pick them up from the post office but that's alright. Took awfully slow to get here from Thailand, considering it's just a 3 hour flight. Looks like I got some seeds to share with Philliperv.
Just started leaving them in water to soften up a bit overnight then I'll put them in a seed starter mix to get going.
Also got a hold of a friend that lives in the UK now and another friend that's migrating to Australia. My friend Sam that's moving to Oz is willing to help me out. I just hope my friend Yasir in U.K. will too. I'll be able to buy a bunch of seeds now. YAY for me. lol.
