Been lurking for a couple of growing seasons. I mostly grow Cayenne and Tabasco peppers. The majority of my crop goes into trying to make sauce but some of the peppers I give away. Ive learned a lot of stuff from this community. Thanks

I get it. You have to stick to your beliefs. It takes quite a bit to get me riled up, sometimes. Sometimes not so much. Any way thanks for Matt Stafford.

I learned a lot just from lurking. I’m the only one in my house that likes spicy food or hot sauce. I’ll probably have a million dumb questions for the experts here. I like to keep things simple. Heck I may be able to contribute.
