smokers FYI!! Problem With The Oklahoma Joe's Bronco

It's not a huge problem and can be fixed with a drill but it's still crappy to have to mod a new smoker.

That really sucks....It plainly looks like they welded the vent cap on the wrong end of that pipe...because it looks like it would fit perfectly when you turned it upside down......you think they could correct that very easily and just send out that piece to who ever has the problem.....it would make for good customer service and everyone is happy.

Buy a new one with the right measurements, swap the snorkel, and return it. Boom! Lol

Dude shouldn't have to do that.

They screwed the pooch.

If that was my company.

I'd resolve the issue.

By sending him a brand new smoker.

That works right proper.

For free.

Do you own one or is this a PSA?

150 near me. If it was 75 I might buy it and try to re-sell it in the spring.
These webers are working just fine for me right now! lol

I have suspicions like the rest that you messed up what you wanted to improve.

For a long time I also used a smoker, now I think to install something more simple and smaller in the kitchen. While considering these models.
