G.I.P.'s 2017 "oh HAIL no" Glog

This is currently a placeholder for what i will attempt to piece together as a Glog for this year 
 
I took hardly any pics of my seedlings,  and when the weather was finally warm enough at night for my plants to go outside;  They got shredded by hail, nearly drown in rains for days straight, tore up by winds.
 
Long story shortened, my season has had a rough start and most of my plants don't look so good 
 
So, although my plants are not nearly as nice as many others who have Glogs i have been following.
I will attempt to keep a log of this years grow anyway

Last week of January seeds started in rapid rooter grow sponges in 50 cell tray with humidity dome and heatmat underneath 
 

End of first week of February  humidity dome removed when roughly half the sprouts are showing.
At this stage they are illuminated by four T8 4' fluros on the seedling rack roughly 8" above the tray

Plant table; This is where each of the peppers get moved to when they are too tall for the seedling rack (14" including the container it's in) here they get some sunlight from two different windows (morning sun in one, and late afternoon sun in the other)
and as of this year above them there is a: 4 foot 8 lamp T5 fixture running 432w from about 9 am until sunset   
(the difference in growth compared to last year without the added T5's is huge, and much less internodal stretching)

notice the yellow leaves, this is why i dont normally do the double cup method of watering.
(this one was slightly out of reach and i didnt notice right away that the bottom cup was too full and the plant was starting to drown)
it recovered fine, i just wanted to point this out. maybe someone can learn from my mistakes

(they started drinking a lot more, and really needed a larger container before this point even. you may notice signs of previous wilting)

As mentioned above, things will smooth over and the plants will jump in and do what they do.
 
There's quite a few around here not having the season they planned on, myself included many times over.
 
I guess what helps the most is many of us plant way more than we need.
 
I'm looking forward to a kick ass finish, and it will happen!

Yes, I feel i got very lucky during that bad hailstorm 

the pics of the damage it did to your peppers was Devastating   my condolences. I would be heartbroken after raising the babies all winter if it whiped me out completely
