I used bottom heat mat set at 80 deg. F.#1 pic bio-domes on heat mat.

They'll all germinate at room temps; it will just take longer. I use a heat mat on all of my seed trays... peppers and tomatoes.

Using extra heat will likely speed up and increase germination rates in all pepper varieties.
