seeds GHOST PEPPER SEEDS

Can anyone tell me when to harvest the ghost pepper for the seeds? Anything i need to look for before picking for seeds, color, texture, etc. Going to cut in half and let air dry instead of using a dehydrator for the seeds.

When it is dark red you are good to go!

yup, dark red is the way you want them and air drying is the best way to go as dehydrators often get to hot and fry the seeds.
