I just received my package from pepperlover. Wholly cow:

4 GIANT Trinidad 7pod yellow
4 big Assam Bhut's
8 big Red Bhut's (not sure of the two red bhut differences)
7 Brown Bhut's

I want to do my first youtube review, which shall it be folks?

My top two choices would be seeing your opinion on the flavor of the Chocolate Bhut or seeing you in "Enjoy" eating the Yellow 7. Hehehe…. But the decision is yours. Have fun and I am looking forward to seeing your video. I store the peppers in a zip lock bag in the vegetable bin and throw a paper towel in to absorb any condensation when you open or close it outside the fridge. I have see others just use an airtight Tupperware bowl in the fridge. I am not sure what works best.

i have another yellow 7 pod which is even bigger than the one i sent you i called it XXLarge 7 pod this year its for test if pods from next genaration be as big i will add it to the website let other chilihead have acess to it here

I store mine inside a plastic bag with holes in it inside the crisper drawer in the fridge.
