This is a long term project with the (probably futile but still fun) goal of improving upon the best tasting and looking pepper to my taste - the Bahamian Goat. Lots of interesting variations with this F2 set of around 25 plants. Most produce red peppers of various sizes and shapes, but a pic the two most interesting looking ones are attached, with a very pale peach, smooth Bhut-like pod on the left, and a caramel/mustard one on the right (edit). Both taste very good, with both Bhut and Goat flavours, not a hint of bitterness. The paler one is sweeter and milder. I'll move onto F3 with the paler pod next season, along with one of the reds, which is a small plant but insanely prolific and great flavour.
