Got some Nando's Medium at the grocer. Sadly, they did'nt carry the 'hot, hot' or 'hot'. If they did I would've gotten that. Didn't realize the Peri Peri was so small. Small like the piquin or the Prik kee noo suan that Neil grew.
Hope the wings have a strong enough Peri Peri flavor because it's medium heat.

Was thinking of trying to grow some. Anybody here ever grow the Peri Peri?

The Nando's sauces have a good flavor but they are not too
hot. I ordered some recently as I wanted to try the Peri Peri
and was disappointed to see that serrano peppers were listed
before the Peri Peri.

I found their Garlic sauce to be warmer than their Extra Hot.

Yes. I saw the serranos listed. Cayenne too.

They aren't very hot. Not bad flavor though. I did some up the same way Nando's does and while they were pretty decent, I prefer the standard buffalo wing (50/50 butter to hot sauce)
