Hello everyone! I plan on producing some sauce that I would like to market. I live in a farming community in Southeast Massachusetts, so I had planned on farmer's markets, farm stands, etc. I have no immediate plans for mass-market, as I have VERY limited space which forces me into container gardening. This, I feel, will most likely limit my harvest, keeping my sauce to a minimum as well. Are there any preparations, such as copyrighting, permits, etc that I have to secure prior to going to market?
