Gold leaves

I planted my peppers outside about 5 days ago and noticed on some plants that some of the leaves are gold. Just wondering what this could be?

I thought I hardened them off pretty good....... I guess not. Can I keep it in the sun? Also my promix hasn't dried out yet after about 5 days. It's still pretty wet. Is that normal?

Having the same issue with my trinidad scorpion. Gonna find it a shady-er spot for tomorrow.

I've had the same problem with mine. I noticed that other plants are thriving in the lamp and the TS seems to over heat faster. I planted it in a spot that gets less sun (next to a BHUT) and BOTH seem to love the shade a bit more. This is my first year growing peppers so trial and error.

Gold Leaves = Sun Burn/Sun Scald....IMO you might as well take them off right now because they are going to become raggedy and die anyway...bes for the plant to put its energy into new growth instead of trying to repair damaged leaves...
