smoking Gonna be a long night….

Tomorrows lunch for weekend festivities. Points
are gonna be bunt ends, flats will be sliced. I know it doesn’t look like a lot of rub, but they were hit and left to sit overnight (my preferred method) so some dissolved

First time doing burnt ends. Coulda let ‘em go a little longer to get better caramel ish. Other than that, turned out pretty good (used my own home brew bbq sauce not a lotta heat for the family), then son and I used my ghost pepper hot sauce to jack up some more sauce for dipping. DEFINITELY made it better.
