sadams Apr 4, 2010 #1 Caught this little insect crawling around on one of my plants today. I didnt see any physical damage to the plant, but I am wondering if its a friend or foe. This little fellow is about half the size of a lady bug, maybe even smaller than that.

A Ajayren Apr 4, 2010 #2 Variegated Carpet Beetle.....Anthrenus Verbasci (Linnaeus) Google away. Don't think it'll hurt your plants. The larva are the problem with those.
