off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. It's sunny and 22F, on its way to 30F. Cleaned off the vehicles and shoveled the walks yesterday. Filled the heated birdbath (don't ask, lol). Didn't do much else, ha. Not sure about today. The roads look to be clear, and we have some errands to run, so today might be the day, lol. Hope everybody has a wonderful Wednesday. Be safe out there and watch out for ice.

Good morning. Waiting on the sun. It's 23F, on its way to 31F. Calling for sunny but breezy today. That = cold! Didn't run any errands yesterday. Leaving shortly to take brother to hospital for a procedure. Will run errands this afternoon. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Be safe out there and drive carefully.

Good morning. It's 17F on its way to 35F. Heat wave. Under another winter advisory starting this evening. Looks like we might get another 3" of snow. We're on the northern most edge of that sh&% that's hitting Texas. Our average total snowfall is 12" per year. We could be at our annual average after tomorrow with our snowiest 2 months still ahead of us. We're accustomed to brutal cold but not snow. Ugh! I checked the calendar and today is scheduled for futzing. Tuna casserole this evening. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. 14-28F, January weather. Overcast, light snow, cold wind. It’s the wind that I hate. We have 3 errands, then lunch with a friend if the weather holds. Not anything outside for sure. I’m not looking forward to our heating bill.
So, enjoy the day as best you can. Many prayers for those people and animals caught in those horrific CA fires.

Good morning.

Thanks for the happy birthday wishes. Much appreciated. I don’t do much. Just hung out indoors and did some gold panning in the garage. Was a great day.

No snow here. I’d like to keep it that way.. lol

Knee has been a pain. Did some
Organizing in the garage. Nothing strenuous. Probably do the same today. I’ll go for a walk first just in case the knee is bothersome. I enjoy the outdoors.

Hope you all have a great day

Good morning. It's 31F on its way to 33F. It's freakin' snowing again. Looks to be 2-3" of new snow over the old snow. Spring can't come soon enough. Holy shite Sic .... that's unfortunate. It's dangerous to drive in FL .... especially this time of year .
Today, I'm doing some futzing with Medicare and garden planning. How bout them Fighting Irish? Watching CFB tonight. Leftovers this evening. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. It's 8F, on its way to 32F. Single digits are never fun. Brr. Calling for sun, followed by clouds, then 1-3" of snow tonight. Great. Sic - glad to hear you're ok. Sucks that the van is toast. Went to the grocery yesterday. Snowmania had already set in. Parking lot was full. No milk, little bread, etc. All because of a 1-3" of snow forecast. Jeez. Anyway, a couple of quick errands this morning, then home and futz. Plan on watching the Orange Cotton Bowl tonight. Should be a good game. Hope everybody has a freaky good Friday. Be safe out there and stay warm.

Good morning. 15-44F, sunny with a cold wind. I don't mind the snow, I hate the ice and wind. Funeral this AM, then grocery shopping after lunch. Not too much planned for the evening. So sorry to hear of your accident, Sic. Healing time gets longer and longer once you hit the age plateau. Hugs to you and Sonya.
Enjoy your wintry day however best you can. Remember those less fortunate.

Good morning. It's 18F on its way to 37F. Freezing fog this morning. Yesterday, ended up with approx. 6" of wet new snow over the old snow. Re-shoveled everything. I am sooooo done with it and hopeful some of this BS snow cover starts melting later on today. Unfortunately, we've got more winter precipitation coming in tonight. Ugh!
Been reading about those falling iguanas and about those big ass snakes they've been wrangling down in FL too .... just a couple more reasons to just stay away ! Yikes!
Anyway, watching futbol this morning and NFL later this afternoon. I'm going to squeeze some futzing in there too. Got out some steaks to grill later on. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. It's 18F, on its way to 35F. "Perhaps" some sun today - whatever that means. Probably got another inch of snow last night - nothing major. Not much planned for today, just some futzing, then NFL later on. Jambalaya for dinner - yum. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Be safe out there and enjoy the day.

Good morning. 23-43F and sunny. Not much planned for today, but I did open a cabinet in the garage and noticed mouse droppings. Gotta take care of that now. I don’t need any of those critters inside though the cat might differ. She is quite bored not being able to hunt anything outside.
Have a wonderful weekend. Enjoy the time away from outside chores, though I know we’re getting itchy for the garden. Prayers for Sic and Sonya

Good morning. It's 29F on its way to 40F. Partly cloudy. Very nice WX forecast. Watching the matches this morning and NFL this afternoon. I'll probably futz with the garden plan while the games are on. Grilling pork chops at noon and having leftover pizza this evening. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. Clear skies and 22F, on its way to 39F. Maybe some snow will melt today! Not much planned. Happy to do whatever, as long as it can be done from my recliner, ha. Plan on watching NFL today. There's not many games left. Hope everybody has a quiet and peaceful Sunday. Be safe out there and enjoy your day.

Good morning. 21-34F, sunny but not warm enough to melt the blanket. Birthday celebration for a 100 year old friend. Don’t think I want to reach that decade, but only if I’m as sprite as he is! He has 2 parties and I’ll enjoy both of them.
Enjoy your Sunday, keep it comfortable and warm. The snow will soon be gone and the flowers will be here in their time.
