Winter here so time for soups. Prepped some beans, 2lb dried soaked created 4lb 10oz beans, divied up into 2lb and froze one and stored the other in fridge.
10oz GWNBeans
20 oz water (30oz if you dont want spoon to stand)
3/4 oz dried Portobello mushrooms.
1/2 cup cashews
salt
Burning bush Habanero peppers.
1/2tbsp Oregano
1/2tbsp Seasoning
1/2tbsp Smoked Paprika
Red Bell pepper
Cooked beans in PC
Keep 1/4oz mushrooms and Bell peppers to the side. Blitz the rest, pour into pot add the rest of the mushrooms, let mushrooms soak for 20 min, then cook for 15min. Chop and add Bell peppers.
