Hello I've been reading these forums for about a month now and finally decided to sign up. I am new to pepper growing and its really starting to become an obsession. My interested started last year when my father-in-law set up a large garden which contained a row of peppers. It had habaneros, jalapenos, a red chile (unkown species) and a smaller yellow pepper (unkown species). This year I decided I would have a more active role with the veggie garden. I took ownership of a row and planted nothing but peppers. The row consists of Numex Joe E Parker, Fresno, Sonora, Kung Pao, Thai Dragaon, New Mexico, Albuquerque, Tiburon, and Ghost peppers. This site has given me so many ideas for what to do with my collection. I can hardley wait for the plants to get to full size so I can start harvesting. I look forward to sharing pictures of my plants, hot sauces, salsas, powders, and meals I create.
