Paul Soden here from Green Man Farm in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro state in Brazil. Miles away from all the weirdness tucked away in the mountains we grow a range of chillis here using Syntropic agriculture. It's about creating food for the forests and then making forests and planting chillis in those forests along with other wonderful fruits and veggies. Our sauces are made using Bhut Jolokia, Carolina Reaper and other less lethal varieties for the sensitive one s that cant handle the heat.
