Hey everyone,

I just wanted to compliment you guys on a great forum. I want to start bottling my own personal marinade (sorry its not a hot sauce) , and this is the most informative site that I've found.

Welcome to THP Eric from the frozen northland some refer to as Alaska. What kind of marinade you brewing up??? Something that would go good with Salmon I hope?
