I came across this site when looking for a hot pepper indemnification form. I figured I'd join the site and contribute from time to time, in gratitude for the form. Currently I am getting ready to harvest Carolina Reaper from a plant that I have kept alive for 3 years now.
This plant produces maybe 20 peppers each year. But each year they seem to get better and more acclimated to the PA climate, and raised balcony where I grow them.
Pretty soon I might re meme them Keystone "Crimson" Reaper. The first year they were harvested a bright orange, but for the last 2 years they have been dark crimson in color.
Also I grew, for the first time, last year, White Ghost Pepper. They were very small last year and I did not plan to grow any this year......but a surprise plant spring up this year and this years yield seems to be more acclimated to PA.
I will start another thread in a day or so and provide pretty good photos of what the Lord has blessed me with in this years harvest.
