Greetings from Germany

Been doing some reading on this site & really like it & finally joined. I'm american but have been living in Germany for 3 years now. This year I grew some birds eye chilis, habeneros and bhut jolokias. I'm a cook & baker by trade. And love cooking me some sauces.

Tons of cooking threads in the forums- you'll certainly ease right on in there if your a cook & baker by trade.  :P  I think we ALL love some sauces here - a saucy bunch we are! Any delectable recipes, tips or tricks, or anything sauce related would be loved by all I'm pretty sure of! Feel free to share if you get the inclination!
