I was trying to figure out why I wasn't able to post anything but obviously I hadn't yet been accepted. My name is Matt, and I am addicted to capsaicin. I'm growing several different varieties this year: Jolokia's, Jalapeno's, Trinidad Scorp's, 3 New Mexico green chile varieties... I've got it bad!
