Greetings from Seattle, WA!

Hey Fellow Hot Heads! 
 
I have spent time on this forum for a couple years now, but have yet to join, until now! I'm a teacher by day, but find myself many a nights experimenting in the kitchen with small batch hot sauces. Some of my go-to's include, habanero carrot, ghost pepper red jalapeño, and a too-hot-too-handle Carolina Reaper sauce.   
 
Also, my brother and I are starting a hot sauce business, THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN HOT SAUCE. Check us out!
