Just wanted to say hi. Been lurking for a couple months, and finally decided to create an account.  I currently grow Pubescens, Baccatums, Chinense, Annums, and some wild varieties.  Besides growing chiles, I also cook with them regularly.  Hopefully a photo of the current state of my freezer is a good indication of my fondness for the hot stuff.

DMV stands for for DC/Maryland/VA. No ice cream in the freezer right now, but I usually keep it right behind the bags of frozen rocoto.
