Grenada Hot

I've got 4 over-wintered Grenada Hots that are ready for picking. This is a very versatile pepper similar to the Caribbean Red but a bit larger pod. I'm thinking hot sauce....

Awesome looking peppers. I know them well, even just blending them with some vinegar and olive oil makes awesome cooking or dipping sauce...
