What's that lone strip of bacon doing on top?

I made extra bacon, couldn't see it in the sandwich so i put it on top to show yes, there was really bacon lol. sandwich already had enough bacon, flavor gets too lots when you mix it with other things, so it's nice to have some on its own

Thanks BigB, inside is Mexicana salami (supposed to be hot  ) and Black Pepper infused Pepato cheese. It's amazing how toasting brings out so much more flavor in the ingredients.
